Warm weatherproof leg cover for wheelchair users.
Made of Arctic Softshell (windproof, waterproof, breathable) with microfleece

Function:
The leg cover is simply put on, the calf section is placed around the lower leg and the zipper is closed.
A belt with a buckle on the stomach holds the blanket in place.
