Review:
The Vosara has already made it possible for me to take paths through nature that were previously unthinkable. I came across forest paths, trails and meadows. I was allowed to dig through the soggy forest floor and arrived home completely dirty, overjoyed and exhausted. (My dog ​​also really enjoyed the faster pace on downhill stretches!)
I will now start with the Vosara to revive my previous running training route around the Granetalsperre (14km / asphalt, forest path, downhill and uphill) as a training route and specifically build up my fitness and strength there so that I can then perhaps take part in city runs and half marathons this season (although definitely outside of the rankings).
A huge thank you for making it possible for me to walk through nature and “push the limits of strength and fitness through endurance sports” again! Thanks!!!
It was very cold the last few days, but mostly dry and also lots of sun. I was able to start my training and am overjoyed that I can now race around the dam again in a sporty way. I think you can see the joy and a bit of pride in my performance after the first training session in the photos attached! :-)
