Great service and advice. Great and reliable product. Really everything TOP! With the tensioners to attach I get along well. Great, very reliable for 3 years, never had anything, although I always have it with me. Except for a tire change because the old one just went down. Every wheelchair user should have one at home. The steering with the track stability is awesome. Definitely belongs in the group: Must Have!
